Calls, SMS & WhatsApp

What you agree to
When you tick the consent box on a Clikin.ai project website, you agree that Clikin.ai (Clikin.ai Platform Private Limited) and the promoter of the project you asked about may contact you about that project by:
- phone calls, including automated or AI-assisted calls;
- SMS, including one-time passwords and visit confirmations;
- WhatsApp, from our WhatsApp business account, shown as "ClikIn AI";
- email.
You ask to be contacted about that project even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call (DND) registry; we record your consent with the time and the words you agreed to. The consent box is never ticked for you.
Recorded calls and AI
Calls and Canvas meetings may be recorded and transcribed, and AI tools may summarise them, so that your requirements are noted accurately. Some calls may be made by an AI voice assistant.
How to stop
- Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us.
- Tell the caller on any call.
- Write to hello@clikin.ai.
We act on it promptly, and you will not get marketing calls or messages from us after that. We may still send a message you need, such as a confirmation of a visit you have booked, unless you ask us not to. If you message us again after STOP, we take it that you want to hear from us again.
If you message us first on WhatsApp, we reply on WhatsApp about what you asked; we call or email you only if you ask us to or tick the consent box.
