1. Who we are

clikin.ai and the project websites on clikhome.in (such as mana.clikhome.in) are operated by Clikin.ai Platform Private Limited ("Clikin.ai", "we"), CIN U62099KA2026PTC217033, registered office A 804, Vaswani Exquisite, ITPL Main Road, Hoodi, Mahadevapura, Bangalore North, Bangalore 560048, Karnataka. By using these websites you agree to these terms.

2. Our role

Clikin.ai is the AI for property search and purchase online. It is a consumer tech company in the property space. We are RERA registered, and deal only in RERA registered projects. We are not the promoter of any project shown. We are registered with K-RERA as a real estate agent, Registration No. PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/AG/261013/008013, valid from 13 Oct 2026 to 13 Oct 2031. Any agreement to buy a home is between you and the promoter.

3. Project information

  • Project details, plans, prices and specifications are given by the promoter. Please verify them with the promoter and at rera.karnataka.gov.in before you decide.
  • Images marked as artist's impressions are illustrations, not photographs of finished work.
  • Prices shown are starting prices, exclusive of taxes, statutory charges and registration, as given in the promoter's price sheet. The price that binds is in the promoter's agreement for sale.
  • Nothing on these websites is an offer or a contract. Offers shown on a project website carry their own terms on the same page.

4. Using the websites

Please use the websites lawfully: don't submit someone else's details, try to break or overload the websites, or copy their content at scale. We may block access that does.

5. Content

The design, text and software of these websites belong to Clikin.ai Platform Private Limited. Project names, images and documents belong to the promoter and are used with permission.

7. Liability

We work to keep the websites accurate and available, but we can't guarantee they are always error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made only on the basis of information on these websites without checking it with the promoter and RERA. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please raise any complaint with our grievance officer first; courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission or K-RERA.
