How it works
How Clikin.ai orders what it shows, who is listed and who to complain to.
The order
Results are ordered by what fits your search first, then by straight-line distance from the place you chose. You can sort them yourself by price, possession or distance.
Who is listed
Every listed phase has a K-RERA registration number. This local build shows projects gathered from each builder's own website, for internal review, without the builder's approval. On clikin.ai a builder chooses to list its projects, and none is named without its approval. An area where none is listed says so.
What Clikin.ai counts
We count what kinds of searches people run, never what they type or who they are: the areas, budgets and bedrooms asked for, the searches that found nothing, the homes opened and the follow-ups used, as totals for each day. No cookie, account, address or device is linked to them, and they are kept for 400 days.
