The journey

A sale takes four to eight weeks. Most buyers are lost between the steps.

A buyer compares several projects before they click. After that, the sale moves through pre-sales, WhatsApp, calls and the site visit, and much of it is never written down.

Five stages, four handoffs

Each stage has an owner. The gaps between stages have none. Clikin looks after the four handoffs.

Stage 1The click

The enquiry arrives, often at night, and often while the buyer is also asking three or four other builders.

Stage 2First call

Pre-sales calls, or doesn’t. Many buyers are lost here, before anyone speaks to them.

Stage 3Engagement

WhatsApp, calls and Canvas meetings over days or weeks, often with no record kept.

Stage 4Site visit

The buyer walks the flat. This is the visit all the marketing spend was for.

Stage 5Booking

The buyer signs and blocks the unit.

The handoff, and the question to ask
What Clikin does
Click → first call. How soon does the call go out: in minutes, hours, or the next morning?
Aura answers on WhatsApp within a minute, at any hour, in English, Hindi or Kannada. If the buyer would rather talk, Nova takes the call.
First call → engagement. If nobody picks up, what happens next: one more try, or a plan?
Clikin schedules a second call, then a message, then tells the manager. Each step has a date, and it all stops when the buyer replies.
Engagement → site visit. How is the visit set up: in a chat, or on a system?
The buyer picks a time. Clikin sends the confirmation, the calendar invite, the map and what to bring, and tells the host what to prepare.
Site visit → booking. What does the next person see: the whole history, or the basics?
The whole history, in one brief: what the buyer asked, their budget, when they want to move, and which ad brought them.
One night, one buyer

One buyer’s night: what Clikin did before the office opened.

Clikin answered, took her details and offered a visit. When the RM came in on Saturday morning, her brief was ready. This buyer is a sample.
