Where you engage with a builder’s project through a Clikin-operated surface, we also record the conversation, the enquiry, and the campaign or page it came from.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your queries, improve your experience, and provide relevant updates about the projects you enquired about. We may communicate with you over WhatsApp, phone or email. Where a builder operates the sales process, the information is made available to that builder’s team so they can serve you.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not spam. We do not share your information unnecessarily, and we honour quiet hours and opt-outs on every channel we operate.
Who we work with
We use trusted platforms to operate the service — including Meta (WhatsApp), Google, cloud infrastructure providers, telephony and messaging providers, and analytics tools — all under data-protection terms. Data is processed on infrastructure operated for the platform, and access is restricted by role.
Your control
You can ask us for access to your data, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted, at any time. Write to us and we will act on the request. You can also stop messages on any channel by telling us so on that channel.
